Tucked away on a small cobblestone street with no cars, only a half block off of world famous South St. This is an entire house all to yourself, not an apartment or shared space. In the heart of Queen Village, an old Philadelphia brick home, beautifully restored. It's a spacious two bedroom home with gourmet Chef's Kitchen(stocked with cookware) and flawlessly refinished bathrooms featuring an extra deep bathtub. Each bedroom is on it's own floor with it's own bathroom and walk-in closet.
Take in a sunset on the 800 sq ft.private roof deck with an amazing view of the Philadelphia skyline.
You can walk to most destinations in 10 minutes or less. Liberty Bell, Constitution Center, Independence Hall, Ephrets Alley, Old City, Society Hill, Penn's Landing, Italian Market, Reading Terminal Market, Pat's and Geno's Steaks. Also right next door to Jim's Steaks and Ishkabibbles.
Other destinations are either a bike ride or short cab ride away. Museum of Art, Sports Complex (Phillies, Eagles, Sixers, Flyers), Philadelphia Zoo, Fairmount Park, 30th St Station, Eastern State Penitentiary.
Lighten your luggage as this place comes equipped with a blow-dryer, iron/board and portable wireless Bose speaker. Also there is a washer and dryer on the 2nd floor.

Other things to note
The home is located a small street. You can technically get a car down it but I wouldn't advise it. There is no assigned parking but there are 2 parking lots and a parking garage all within 1 block as well as ample street parking which is paid by meters during the day and free overnight.
Also, I have a relationship with a local concierge service that could deliver anything you need to the home prior to your arrival.
--Standard check-in is 3:00 pm and standard check-out is 10:30 am. Please adhere to these times unless otherwise discussed with Drew.
--There is NO SMOKING inside the house. You may smoke out front, out back or on the roof deck but please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
--You are invited to enjoy the house and entertain guests. You must notify Drew if you intend to have more than 4 guests in addition to those on the reservation. Please monitor your noise level during later hours in consideration for the neighbors. Also, guests not listed on the reservation are not permitted to stay the night.
--Please do not remove anything from the house. For example, please do not take the portable speaker to the park. And please do not take towels home with you.
--Please place all recyclables in the blue bin just outside of the back door. If you happen to be staying in the house on a Thursday night it would be greatly appreciated if you would leave the trash outside the front door. There are special bags for the recyclables under the kitchen sink.
--Please do not leave lights on when not at the house.
--Please keep the house locked when you go out.
--Please return the cushions from the roof to the closet during rain and when checking out.
