Nestled in historic downtown Pagosa Springs, a renovated 106-year-old building. Appreciate the exposed original brick in the kitchen and living room, which is well-equipped and spacious, featuring a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as organic bedding and robes. Stroll to the world-famous hot springs across the street or visit the local favorite, The Overlook Hot Springs, right next door, along with nearby restaurants and breweries. Plus, it’s just a 20-minute drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area.

The space
The Loft is located upstairs on the second floor and there is no handicap access. You have to go up two flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Guest access
The Loft is inside a building where there is business office space. There is a men's and women's restroom that you can use if needed. You can access the main street from inside the office building.

We’ve got a small renovation project planned for early 2026. If you booked before 10/21/25, the property is still a 4-bedroom. After that date, it will be a 3-bedroom. There is a movie theatre below the Loft. Sometimes you can hear the movie playing from the master bedroom of the Loft. The movie is usually over before 10 pm.
