THE BEACH HOUSE
My house was one of the original houses built on the boardwalk or Strand in Hermosa Beach in the early 1900s. The house was fully remodeled and expanded, but still shows the detailed woodwork of its comfortable craftsman style. Additional photos available upon request.

- The large corner lot provides ample parking for up to 7 cars.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The house has Fios high-speed WiFi (100mbps) and good Verizon cell reception.
- Sonos sound system (we have Pandora, and your can hook up your own iPod/MP3).
- Fresh towels and bedding are provided.
- 2 bikes, beach towels and toys, boogie boards, volleyballs, beach chairs.
- All utilities included (rented or purchased movies… not included)

ABOUT THE AREA
My house is on the boardwalk known as The Strand in Hermosa Beach, and is 7 blocks north of the Hermosa Pier—a quick walk to restaurants, shops, cafes and coffee shops… but far enough away that it is a quiet environment. The Manhattan Beach Pier, downtown area and fine restaurants… are a mile north (12 minute bike ride).

There are local Stand Up Paddelboard and surf providers/instructors, volleyball courts and coaches, and access to just about every other beach activity you can think of. We are conveniently located 5 miles (15 min drive) from Los Angeles International Airport, have Santa Monica and Beverly Hills 15-20 miles to the north, Disneyland 30 miles to the east and San Diego 120 miles to the south.
