Beautiful room with bathroom in the heart of the LES. Experience NYC like a local! Enjoy being in the middle of the hottest bar and restaurant scene and then come home to your own private retreat on a quiet street amongst art galleries. Metro nearby.
This room is a dedicated guest room on the upper level of a duplex layout with it's own bathroom, and private garden terrace! Private outdoor space is quite rare in NYC, even in luxury hotels. Equipped with a queen sized bed, organic West Elm cotton linens, luggage rack, and plenty of space in the closet.
On the same level as the kitchen and living room, guests have an unusual amount of privacy since the other bedrooms are downstairs and also have their own bathrooms and entrance and exit. Please note the bathroom is not en-suite but literally two steps away and dedicated to the room.
Within walking distance to loads of award-winning restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and the history of the Lower East Side. A few blocks away from the Tenement Museum and the historic LES tours, and the famous Bowery Ballroom. For those with an urge for retail therapy, there's an upscale vintage shop only a block away specializing in Chanel, Dior, Celine, and Gucci.
Our neighborhood and street in particular is known for its many art galleries and monthly art walks. From our famous dollar oyster happy hours to the limitless champagne brunches, there's something for everyone on the LES.
We have another room downstairs with it's own entrance and en suite bathroom if you have more than two people in your group or if this room is unavailable. Please see it here https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2325728

Todella viihtyisä, siisti ja kaunis asunto hyvällä paikalla. Varaaminen ja muut järjestelyt hoituivat helposti ja saimme sovittua laukkujen säilytyksestäkin lyhyellä varoitusajalla. Lähialueen kahviloista sai herkullista aamupalaa ja take-away-kahvia. Suosittelen erittäin lämpimästi!
We had a pleasant stay at the private room 'suite G' at Orchard street, we really loved the neighborhood. The room was clean en comfortable.
The room and apartment were just as advertised and very nice. The location was great, excellent coffee just next door, subway close by, easy walk to Soho and good food locally. Stacey was an absent host. Picking up the key from the key cafe was easy but an information sheet with wifi code and a few local tips to help us get oriented would have been helpful. It was a little like staying in a hostel with the other two rooms rented out as well but once we met the other 'flatmates' that was fine. We would stay here again.
Stacey's apartment is amazing! Very clean and trendy. Great location too! Definitely recommend this listing.

We're two laid back recently California girls who share an amazing three bedroom and three bathroom apartment in a renovated historic building on the LES which is where we first started hosting on airbnb after losing a roommate. We travel and live on both coasts, sharing our time between LA and NYC and have apts in both cities. It's been such an amazingly positive experience for us with airbnb and we've become great friends with some of our guests.
Our style is modern surfer chic meets eclectic luxe. We love the outdoors, good food with friends old and new, grabbing a glass of wine or sake in our neighborhood, and taking meandering bike rides.
We adore traveling and are fortunate enough to travel often for work and leisure. We'd love to meet you and share our city with you.
