About this listing
Close to the strip and the airport, this quiet condo lets you enjoy some peace and quiet while being only minutes from the action. Large rooms, vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, 2 1/2 bathrooms, pool and hot-tub. Feel at home - in Vegas!
This condo is modern construction, well-kept, and is super quiet and a great place to relax amidst the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Vaulted ceilings, nicely decorated, and all the comforts of home. Recently put in new laminate flooring to update the look. Even has a giant beanbag chair!! I am the original owner of the property, and know you'll love the space as much as I do.
The community has a lovely pool and hot-tub - great for relaxing and winding down. There is also a small gym with both cardio and strength training machines. Collection of maps of major national parks and other destinations available too. :-)
Interaction with Guests
You'll have complete privacy during your stay, but either me or one of my close friends will greet you and get you settled in and help familiarize you with the area.
This location is one of the best you'll find in Las Vegas - mere minutes to both the strip and airport - yet quiet and ample shopping and dining nearby. There's 3 convenience stores, 2 supermarkets, and several restaurants and fast food places all within a two block walk.
Public transit is available these days in Vegas, but a car is still the easiest by far. Many folks don't realize that rental cars are quite affordable in Vegas, the city's grid layout is easy to navigate. Plus, valet parking is free at almost all destinations including all the casinos!!
Other Things to Note
For music lovers, there's a nice sound system with an aux plug for you to fire up your tunes with.
1) No smoking inside, there's a small patio outside that you can use as a smoking area. 2) No pets - I love furry friends as much as the next guy but allergy and cleaning issues make it too complicated. 3) Cooking is fine, but please try to refrain from dishes creating strong lingering odors that are hard to get out. 4) Keep it real - respect the neighbors and the nice quiet environs when in the public areas and don't crank the stereo to 11 late at night. ;-) Other than that - enjoy!
