Our neighborhood (Sandusky) is a quiet neighborhood which name originates from the civil war site which is a 2 minute walk from our space.

A 2 minute walk south on our street takes you to the Sandusky historical Civil War site.
A 2 minute walk north on our street takes you to a nature trail with a soccer field and 18 hole disc golf course
A 2 minute walk west takes you to a school which is open during summers and non-school hours. There is a jungle gym available to the public as well as a soccer field, baseball field, basketball & tennis courts and outdoor track

During your stay

This is a basement apartment. Our family resides in the top portion of the home and the private flat accessed through the back quarters. We are available via phone to assist you with anything you may need.

Noise can travel through the top level. We we try to stay quiet whenever guests stay, however, our son's overwhelming energy cannot always be contained (try as we might) :). We also have a baby daughter who might be heard crying at nights every so often.
