Guest access
The villa symbolises ANTIQUE STYLE OF ARCHITECTURE with traditional styled building methods and structures being installed. The house is a perfect example of "GUTTHU MANE" - a vintage house with a ROOF MADE FROM RED CLAY TILES. The house is located right IN FRONT OF THE BEACH and has a small COCONUT PLANTATION beside it. All in all, the stay is a perfect combination of hues of blue, yellow, red and green to make one feel refreshed and relaxed. The exterior or overhanging part of the roof is supported by beautiful carved WOODEN PILLARS.

The villa consists of 3 BEDROOMS, each with a standard DOUBLE BED. Each room can comfortably accommodate 2 GUESTS. An additional guest can perhaps be accommodated in a bedroom; this would drastically reduce the moving space in the bedroom. All bedrooms have a PRIVATE ATTACHED WASHROOM and PRIVATE DOORS with locks on them.

One enters through the MAIN ENTRANCE of the villa into the LIVING SPACE or COMMON AREA of the villa. Guests usually use the space for CHAT TIMES or to have a community meal. The KITCHEN is next to the living space; guests who wish to use the kitchen have FREE KITCHEN ACCESS. Guests are served meals at the stay. ALL MEALS are ORDERED OFF A MENU of a neighbouring restaurant. The food shall be DELIVERED BY CARETAKERS. In scenarios with LARGER GROUPS, ALL MEALS are on a order basis.

2 BEDROOMS are accessible from the LIVING ROOM; the first bedroom is a STEP HIGHER than the floor at the living room. To get the next bedroom, one needs to climb A STEEP VINTAGE WOODEN STAIRS. This bedroom is more of an ATTIC/LOFT bedroom. The THIRD BEDROOM has OUTSIDE ACCESS from the villa - one needs to go around the villa to enter into this bedroom. Also, only 2 OUT OF 3 BEDROOMS have AIR CONDITIONERS installed in them.

The stay has a HUGE SPREAD OUT LAWN for visitors to relax in. The kids also have a KIDS PLAY AREA along with an INFLATABLE POOL for them. The place is apt for a FAMILY VACATION or even a GROUP OUTING. The BEACH is almost a private beach; and guests have full access to it. SWIMMING in the sea water may prove to be DANGEROUS, if appropriate precautionary measures aren't taken.
