Modern townhouse located in the center of New Town Williamsburg.

College of William and Mary is only 10 minutes away by bus or car ( I sometimes walk to the college). Free parking at the house.

We provide a double bedroom with private bathroom. The bed is a real bed (the review about the air mattress was before we moved in all furniture). The room is clean, and minimal. You have access to the kitchen, fridge, television downstairs, free Wi-Fi, back porch. We do not offer and prepare breakfast.

I live in the house with my husband. We are young and both working in Williamsburg. We do not spend a lot of time at home, only in the evening. We will be available all day on the phone if there is any problem or question.
We will do our best to be good hosts!

I do not have a check out time but for the check in, if you arrive during the week days, I would like to do it around lunch time (my lunch break) or after 5pm. This is my preference but I am very flexible about it.

  • This apartment is ideally located for a visit to Williamsburg and area. It was difficult to find, however. The bed was an air mattress, which was not mentioned in the description. There was one small lamp in the room and no storage area at all. Very pleasant and accommodating hosts.

  • We had a great experience at Amber's. Her place is neat and very well located and the bedroom we stayed at was comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with Amber was great and she was extremely flexible with check in time. We would stay at Amnber's again.

  • Amber and Matt were terrific hosts for my girlfriend and my stay in Williamsburg. To our delight, my girlfriend and I discovered many similarities in personal interests with Amber and Matt. We got on extremely well and were warmly received as their guests.

I wholeheartedly would recommend to my friends and anyone I know passing through Williamsburg to stay with Amber and Matt.

I am a traveler, an explorer and I never make plans. I have seen a good piece of the world but there is always more to visit. I love to experience new cultures and traditions. I lived for a year in Shanghai and I fell in love with China. After my Chinese adventure I moved to the United States where I worked and traveled. Today I am back to my Italian roots. I have many international friends and I hope that Airbnb will give me a chance to make many more. I live in a very nice and unique town in the north of Italy and I want to share this place with the rest of the world. After living in the USA, I want to show that Italy is not just Tuscany and Rome!
