About This Listing
I have a beautiful three bedroom cottage with panoramic views of Falcarragh beach and sand dunes. The premise has a welcoming, informal and cosy feel with a lovely open fire going when it gets chilly.
The cottage has a kitchen, large living room and a shared bathroom with electric shower.
I am renting two rooms which have double beds, wooden floors and large windows. These spacious rooms are comfortable, cosy and relaxing. There are drawers and wardrobes in both rooms and the bathroom is located on the same floor.
Guests have access to their bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. There will be no access to upstairs.
Interaction with Guests
I'm happy to interact with guests and help them with their needs. I will also be respectful of their space.
The area is close to the beach and the mountains. It's great for surfing, kite surfing, kayaking , hill walking there is also a local golf course.
The local pubs have traditional Irish music if you fancy a pint of the black stuff after your days sporting activities.

We have'nt been disappointed by the wiev, the amical reception, the all kinds of services offered and really enjoyed the suggested sideloops proposed by you, Connor. We could, however, easily endure a little more cleaned up kitchen and the space around the house,
thanks for everything again,
Considerate, host who's a particular fount of knowledge, advice and infectious passion for Ireland's beauty and local interest, especially Donegal.
Accommodation, midway between Gortahork and Falcarragh, enjoys spectacular panorama of the surrounding coastal landscape.
Easily met, oriented, and housed our international group of four in two rooms with a shared adjoining bathroom.
My stay at Conor's house was a great experience. Because of my long journey check-in was even late in the evening possible. The view out of my window was fantastic and Conor had great sightseeing-tips for the area. I didn't do the tour through Donegal with him, because that didn' fit the budget. I also felt very cold in his house, but for other people this may be ok. Conor made me feel welcome in his house and I can recommend it for all people that want to get to know the country and it's people beside the touristic way.
If you want a quaint, local, Ireland experience, this is the the place to visit. The place is on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay ( great for sunsets!) and is just a ten minute walk to the village. Conor has extensive knowledge of Irish history and on top of that is an excellent host!
My first night there I was very ill. Conor went above and beyond as a host to ensure my comfort and well being. Throughout my stay(one week) he showed me some amazing places! Including trad music, ocean kayaking(my fave) , a tour to a castle and beach and cliff walk. This place is great and I'll definitely be back!!:)
Conor is an interesting, a lttlebit alternative living person. That was for us an interesting experience. The atlantic view fromhis house was very nice. So we had a nice stay. Many thanks!
The home is located in a beautiful location of Ireland and worth the visit. You are able to explore stunning landscapes and expierence true Irish culture while coming home to a cozy cottage to rest. Conor is a knowledgeable and friendly host that is willing to show you around Donegal. He was patient and flexible with me extending my stay. There are opportunities for outdoor adventure activities and enjoying local music in the pubs. I enjoyed my stay and made memories that I will always cherish.
