There is one double bed. The accommodation is of a high standard and spotlessly clean at all times. There are tvs in two rooms and wifi access also. Hot water at all times. The rooms are on the second floor of the house and are private from the rest of the house. The second room has been used by guests for light snacks and a sitting room. In the second room there are:- kettle/tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave and new fridge in addition to leather recliner with foot stool plus a dining table and 2 chairs. There is plenty of storage - 3 double wardrobes and a fitted storage cupboard. The house is a friendly household.
The location is one mile from rail station and city centre, 3 miles from J47 OF M4. 3 Miles to beaches.
There are a number of beaches around Swansea Bay. Surfing is possible at Langland Bay, Caswell Bay. The five-mile promenade from the Marina to Mumbles offers views across Swansea Bay. The seaside village of Mumbles has a pier, small, independent shops and boutiques, restaurants and cafes. The south coast of Gower is the chief magnet for walkers, with a path stretching from Mumbles Head across the cliff tops, beaches and coast to Rhossili.
