Guest access

The entire space is yours, no one else is on the premises.

Interaction with guests

If guests could start a load of towels in the washer (30 minutes) and get it into the energy efficient dryer which takes 2 hours, the morning they leave, that would be immensely helpful.

Other things to note

Leave keys, turn off A/C or heat when you leave, pull blinds down to save heat or prevent heat if summer, would all be perfect.

Such a beautiful loft. Spacious and open. It accommodated 5 adults nicely. Plenty of kitchenware and linens provided, and loft was clean and beautifully decorated. This loft is close to Septa, restaurants and shopping. We walked, took the train or Uber and we did not need to rent a car. Our hosts were lovely and communication was excellent. Thank you

Loved staying at The Picasso Loft. The space was amazing, large and very comfortable. Stacey is a fantastic host and cares very much about making sure her guests are well cared-for. I had lived in Philadelphia for many years but never in Old City. Loved walking around that neighborhood at dawn before it starts to bustle. Was so happy to be reunited with my favorite coffee place, Old City Coffee which is quite close. There is a wonderful women's clothing store in Old City called My Little Redemption. Highly recommended!

The Picasso loft was a large, beautiful space in the heart of Old City, Philadelphia. It was our home for a long weekend, housing 4 adults and one child perfectly with the two comfortable beds (we brought a pack and play for the child to sleep in). I can't say enough positive comments about the space. The photos on the Airbnb site show exactly what you are getting. There was plenty of room for our energetic 2 year old to run around and play with his trucks on the hard floor. We all loved it there! Stacey and Jack are lovely people with exceptional communication and hospitality. They provided us with lots of helpful information and were easily accessible at all times. Every morning, we got coffee from a different coffee shop... all walking distance. It was fantastic! There are so many historical sites within walking distance. If we ever need a place to stay in this area again, this is it. The loft and whole complex was safe, clean, not noisy (except normal city noises to be expected), perfect location, and just beautiful. I love that the loft in and of itself is like a bit of history, being an older building... but updated so beautifully. The windows let in the most gorgeous natural light! There are blinds that cover the windows, filtering the sun. If you have a sunlight-sensitive sleeping child, be prepared to be up with the sun. We didn't mind this at all, but it may be something to consider if you want to sleep in. I could go on and on about how great this space was and how wonderful the owners are. Highly, highly recommend!

Stacey's loft was lovely! We had a group of 5 staying at the loft and it accommodated us perfectly and the space was great! The pictures don't do it justice. We loved the large island in the kitchen and the fact that even though both bedrooms were open that they were at opposite ends of the loft. The location is close to restaurants and bars as well.

The Picasso loft was both beautiful and inspiring! The space is unique & the light is amazing! The old city location is absolutely perfect for exploring! Great restaurants and shops are right out the front door! I recommend the HighStreet on Market cafe! I would definitely rent from Stacy again!

Picasso Loft was perfect for our group of four art lovers. We loved the "old city" area and found the area a great starting point for getting around the city. Stacey gave us loads of great info about the area - places to eat and things to do. Stacey's communication was brilliant and there were no problems with getting access to the apartment. The apartment is really unique - a really fabulous place to stay. We wish we had stayed longer. The only negative is that the bath wasn't working. For some reason there was not enough hot water. We'd been looking forward to a soak after a day walking around the wonderful Philadelphia Museum of Art (Stacey - this place amazed and entranced us!!! - and the Barnes Foundation, too! Marvellous!) We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Philly. Staying at Picasso Loft made it extra special. Thanks, Stacey!

Response from Stacey:
From host Stacey: Indeed there is nothing better than a hot soak. Our extra large HOT SOAK bathtub is huge and we confirmed the guest's observation that our hot water heater is no longer up to the job and needs replacing. As soon as that is done a great HOT SOAK will again be available. We apologize to Rose and her New Zealand friends.

We had a wonderful experience working with Stacey and using her amazing apartment for a video shoot. She was accommodating and professional. We always strive to leave the location cleaner than when we arrived but it would be hard to do as this place was immaculate. Thanks again!
