The Brick Barn Studio is a sweet and peaceful private space on the first floor of a late 19th century Carriage House.

Guests enjoy private entry to their accommodation, mini kitchen, shower/bathroom, and laundry, king mattress on a unique built-in bench platform, and a convertible sofa for another guest or two. There is a privacy curtain provided for guests who would like a little separation between the bed and sleeper sofa.

Listed rate is for a single occupant. $25 per extra guest per night.

The space
The studio is a private 600 sq ft space on the first floor of a late 19th century carriage house, just a block from the shops and restaurants at 17th and Summit, one of Kansas City’s most unique neighborhoods.

The Westside North End neighborhood is a gem in Kansas City, blocks from downtown, with an eclectic mix of turn of the century and modern minimalist architecture. Our guests will be less than a block from Goat Hill Coffee + Soda, Fervere Bakery, Chez Elle Creperie, Los Alamos Market and Restaurant, Westside Local, & Bluebird Bistro. We are an easy 2 block walk to the Kauffman Performing Arts Center, with the exciting Crossroads neighborhood spreading out beyond that. Downtown; the West Bottoms; Southwest Boulevard; there is plenty to explore nearby, and close proximity to highways, busses, city bikes, streetcars and gateways to attractions further out.
