Marshall is a good host and turned an old apartment into a nice place to rent in downtown Napa. The best thing about this rental is the proximity to downtown Napa. It's a short walk to most of downtown.
The apartment is in an old building and it is worth noting the following before you rent here: The front and rear doors to the house are unlocked and open to the public at all times. I never felt unsafe but others may worry about this. There's a nearby bakery which is a nice breakfast option.
Marshall was a great host. Very responsive and accommodating. It was very HOT in Napa during our stay (95 degrees). Since there is no AC in his apartment, he bought us a fan which was very nice of him. The apartment itself is solid, old and showing some wear, but had everything we needed. Plus I would hope a person is not spending much time in an apartment while in Napa anyway. Great location to downtown - a quick 3-5 min walk.
Marshall was a great host. Very welcoming. We had an earthquake and considering he was on the other side of the state, he was very helpful. The property was neat, clean, and very historical. The proximity to downtown was fantastic
Great host. Communicated very well. Place was clean and we were made to feel very welcome.
Great host! Everything as expected from the pictures and other reviews. Thanks again Marshall!
The apartment was very cozy and was in a great location. At first it seemed a little too "cozy" but after a while, you get to use to the charm and it was just fine. Marshall does have a lot of his stuff there but, for the most part, they have been placed to the side. My friend who laid on the couch would be slightly scared of the masks (decor) that decorated the apartment but overall, it was good.
