This rustic cabin has one master bedroom and a second separate sleeping area downstairs. There’s a dock w/ deep water and tons of outdoor space. Enjoy the fire pit, hot tub and lake view. Just a short walk to the dock & ideally located mid lake. Duckett Mill Boat ramp is minutes away. Easy access to both Port Royal Marina with Pelican Pete's & Gainesville Marina with Scooggies. 20 min to 400 & 985

The space
This is a clean, rustic 2 story cabin with a spiral staircase separating the two levels. Ideal for a couple or a small family looking for a private getaway. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed and a private bath. The second sleeping area is downstairs in an open common area, outside the master bedroom and has a set of bunk beds and a full size Murphy Bed that pulls out of the wall. Recommended for a maximum of 4 people.

Other things to note
LICENSED SHORT TERM RENTAL: Haley’s Point is one of the few Vacation Rentals licensed by Hall County and the State of Georgia to operate and collect taxes. This is important because the county is cracking down on unlicensed businesses and any illegal rentals could be cancelled with no notice.

MINIMUM AGE: Responsible parties must be at least 25 years old and provide a copy of a government issued ID per the Hall County Short Term Rental Ordinance.

ADDITIONAL FEES: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcomed with a $110 non-refundable pet fee. NO CATS.

Must provide a government issued ID to the owner in addition to the one uploaded to Airbnb to conform to local ordinances.
