This apartment offers a modern décor in a chic beach style. I am a business professional and sell real estate in The South bay, the rentals I own are furnished rentals and long term unfurnished rentals. If I am looking for a place to stay, it means all my places are booked. I travel quite a bit from Germany. My fiance is a Colonel in the army working as a JROTC , so its a lot of traveling on my part, but I love it. I grew up in the area so I am a South Bay local. I am easy going and know what to expect with a rental. I appreciate the work that it takes homeowners to make sure a guests feel welcomed, as well as provided for, as far as needed with regards to amenities ect...

So thanks for taking a moment to get to know me as I will too with you. Also, if I am booking and have sent out a request, best to reach me at the Germany number. Although I check messages and will contact you within 24 hours as I travel a lot and may be in route to Europe or the USA.
