Only 1.5 miles from Beaver Stadium, our home is conveniently located and has plenty of space for guests. We are happy to open up our 2nd floor (spacious bedroom with private bathroom) and our spare bedroom for up to 4 guests. Breakfast & parking included.
The living room (shared space) where you can make yourself at home and even play old school Nintendo if it suits your fancy.
What makes our home great is the location. Without the noise of being downtown, it is super close to campus, restaurants, Beaver Stadium, and right across the street from a new brewery/restaurant and Dunkin Donuts.
Guests are welcome to stay in our private second floor which consists of one open room and a private bath. This space has a full size bed and room for our queen sized air mattress. We also have a guest bedroom on the main floor that has a fold out twin bed. We prefer up to 4 guests but can fit 5 if needed.
Guests have access to the 2nd floor bedroom and bathroom. If needed, guests can also use our spare bedroom. The main bathroom is also open to our guests (the main bathroom has a shower but the upstairs bathroom has a tub only). We invite you to make yourself at home and use our kitchen and fridge. We will provide you with breakfast based on your dietary needs.

The attic room at Megan's was modest, but very private and spacious. The bed was most comfortable. Gracious friendly hosts. Great coffee and muffins in the morning. I would definitely stay with Megan and Andy the next time I am in State College.
Our stay at Megan and Andy´s house was about 5 weeks long and it was great. The house is located conveniently at East College Avenue, just 2 minutes away from a bus stop. We had everything we needed in our room and in the bathroom upstairs, could use the washer and the dryer, there was room in the fridge for us and we could also use the kitchen and hang out in the living room.
They are a great couple and we had an amazing time with great conversations with them. We would recommend everybody to stay with them!
Our host was very welcoming and there when we arrived to show us around and give us a key. They gave us our privacy and we did not see them after that. The second floor was private and comfortable and it was very nice to have a bathroom on the same floor. There was easy access to the bus line to campus and we had no problems. We would definitely stay there again.
Megan and Adam were incredibly welcoming! The house and location were perfect for 4 guys at Penn State for a football game. Close to everywhere we needed to be. As hosts they couldn't have offered us more, including a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended.
We had a very nice stay. Our host was very nice and we felt comfortable. The location was convenient for where we wanted to be. Megan had a very good breakfast coffee was great. We r booked for graduation in May and looking forward to our stay.
Some friends and I stayed at Megan's house during a Penn State football game weekend. The house was in a great location - very close to the stadium, and perfect for driving right to our tailgate spot. The home was kept very clean; it was a welcoming environment; and Megan was extremely responsive with questions and organizing all of the details. All in a all, the perfect stay!
The convenience and comfort of staying here added to the wonderful experience of returning to "Happy Valley" for Homecoming Weekend! My upstairs bedroom was quiet and had everything I needed, including bus schedules, maps of the area etc. The bus stopped across the street. This made it easy way to get the short distance to downtown and/or stop on campus for a lovely walk. Meg and Andy were excellent hosts ready to help me with directions and accommodate my busy schedule. I would enjoy staying here again.
We are Andy & Meg and just moved to State College, home of Penn State! We both love the outdoors, Andy's a wildlife guy, Meg's an eco girl, together we appreciate so much. We also love to cook & love to share our lives with those we meet.
