As part of the Villages at Ocean Hill community, your stay also includes: private access to the beach, two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, a playground, and a turtle-filled lake!

We’ve put a lot of thought into equipping the house with everything a family might need, so that you barely need to bring a thing! Recently renovated with fresh upgrades, and back on Airbnb!
Seas the Day is in a wonderful location:
-3 blocks from the beach — a quick 2-minute drive or bike ride, or a pleasant 8-10 minute walk
-2-minute drive from the wild horse sanctuary of Carova Beach (4WD-accessible)
-5-minute walk from the nature trail leading to the sound
-Miles of paved paths just outside the community are perfect for biking, running, or walking
-Just down the block is the awesome Corolla Adventure Park, where you can take on the ropes course, do some axe throwing, and grab a beer or root beer float!

-Bedroom also serves as a kids’ recreation room, with TV, foosball table, and 2-player arcade machine with thousands of games

-Outdoor shower with hot and cold water + changing area
-Hot tub for up to 7 people
-Backyard patio with teak seating set for 4

-The kitchen includes a blender, coffeemaker, 4-slot toaster, toaster oven, and a cooler for days at the beach
-Lots of games, puzzles, DVDs, and books are available
-House WiFi is enhanced with a mesh network that ensures a strong signal on every floor
-Linens are included! Includes sheets, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, and wash cloths. Beach towels are not included so please be sure to pack yours!
-Keyless entry with a unique code makes check-in easy
Please note:
-We require all guests to agree to our rental house rules.
-The primary renter must be age 25 or over and head of household.
-We have a families-only rental policy, as the house is set up for a mix of kids and adults. We welcome groups with up to 8 adults for maximum comfort.
-For our guests' safety, the house is protected by exterior Ring cameras, one overlooking the front driveway area and the other overlooking the back patio/bocce/hot tub area.
-No pets please.
-No smoking or parties.

This listing is for the entire house, and your stay also gives you access to all the amenities of the Villages at Ocean Hill private community: private beach access, fitness center, two swimming pools, a lake, tennis courts and pickleball courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and a kids' playground.
If you purchase daily or weekly passes to the fitness center, or rent the sports courts, your stay includes up to $100 that we will reimburse!
Other things to note
Homes in our community typically rent out on a weekly basis (typically Saturday to Saturday). We encourage guests interested in weekly stays to book our house as a SUNDAY to SUNDAY rental (or weekday check-in / check-out). This helps avoid changeover traffic on Saturdays!
