We had a great stay in Courtney's home. The information was all accurate, and he was easy to communicate with. It's a very comfortable and well-kept family home with absolutely stunning views of Sausalito and the bay. The beds are all very comfortable. The neighborhood and location were great -- high enough for beautiful views, but still a quick (but very steep!) walk down a series of paths with stairs to reach the ferry and town.
I'm generally a bit skeptical of reviews wherein the reviewer waxes rhapsodic about the thing under consideration ("The most fabulous breakfast ever!"), but Courtney's place was really quite extraordinary. The house is an architectural gem with it's coffered ceilings, sumptuous woodwork, magnificent lodge-style fireplace...even the bathroom faucets were exquisite, finely patinated bronze-and-porcelain gems. The yard and surrounding environs were idyllic: pine-scented breezes off the water, magnificent views of the bay, the sound of barking seals. And the amenities provided were positively extravagant: a well-stocked fridge, well-stocked bookcases, every utensil imaginable, wonderful linens, the list goes on and on. Dual mattress warmers? Yes, those too! Thank you so much for a truly memorable visit, Courtney!
We had a great stay at 37 Miller. It is a spacious place with amazing views and great amenities. It is located in a perfect spot with easy walkable distances to the waterfront and heart of Sausalito.
The house and location was excellent and as advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet and the parking for 3 cars was a bonus. What a great way to experience Sausalito, Muir Woods, San Fran and the Russian River wine country. We cooked meals in the kitchen and patio grill and found everything we needed. The beds and baths were excellent also. Excellent communications by Courtney prior to the rental made for no issues during the stay. Our family loved it.
We had a wonderful family vacation in Sausalito. The house is very charming, with great views. It was great to gather around the dining table for family breakfast where we would make plans for the day. A nice stroll down the hill (thinking it was quite a climb the first day, we felt like seasoned pros by the end of the week..!) gets you to the quaint Sausalito waterfront area and the ferries to SF: very convenient. The house is comfortable and feels "homey" - exactly what we were looking for. Thanks for the easy process, which made it easy to get in vacation-mode!
We had a very relaxing stay in Courtney's lovely home. The house is in a lovely location with outstanding views. The furnishings, decor, facilities are all first class. It is a short drive from the house to sausalito with many restaurants, shops and of course the ferry to San Francisco. Courtney was very helpful in all our communication with him and left useful local information for us. Many thanks for all your help.
Our family had a terrific stay at Courtney's house in Sausalito. The house is lovely - big, charming and with a yard! The location is nearly perfect for exploring the Bay Area. SF is within close reach either by walking down Excelsior Lane to the ferry or driving across the Golden Gate Bridge. Marin, including Muir Woods and the Golden Gate National Recreation Area are a short drive away. The house & the location were exactly what we'd hoped for. Thanks, Courtney!
