The space
Welcome to the East Sac Bungalow! This home is a craftsman bungalow in one of the original suburbs of East Sacramento, within walking distance to midtown. Built in 1937 and fully remodeled, the house has a warm feel combined with beautiful original details, including original wood floors, mosaic tile in bathrooms and oak hardwood floors. All of our beds are organic cotton mattresses and high-quality linens. We also have a gas burning fireplace, private patio and pool, and custom landscaping surrounded by citrus trees.

This home is a dream for the health conscious traveler: Organic mattresses throughout the home, Reverse osmosis water system, Dechlorination system in bath and showers, Natural cleaning products and detergent, Organic and natural cookware, Vitamix. Recently updated to salt water swimming pool!

The main house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It works well for a group of friends, two or three couples, and families. There is a third full bathroom in art studio.

Guest access
The entire house is yours! We live in a close knit neighborhood, surrounded by families with children. Out of respect to our entire community, please keep neighbors in mind when you are in our home.

Other things to note
Our home is in a very family and kid friendly neighborhood. We ask that all guests respect the neighborhood by driving slowly and keeping an eye out for children or neighbors while driving or parking. Partying or disturbances of any kind are not permitted on the property. Lastly, we have a lush garden with a large variety of plants, cacti, palms, citrus, and fruit trees - during certain seasons debris can accumulate over the pool surface. Our pool is cleaned every Friday and we also have a manual pool sweep for guests to use.
