This condo boasts ensuite laundry, a fully loaded kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 4, private balcony with gas barbeque overlooking a nature preserve, gas fireplace for cozy winter days, a large master bedroom with it’s own bathroom, and additional bedroom and a second bathroom. If you are visiting in the summer, the area offers outstanding golf courses, swimming pool (on-site and open YEAR ROUND as it is heated!), windsurfing, as well as great walking and biking trails located very close to the condo. The condo has water access to the Georgian bay. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests and comes fully equipped with all of the comforts of home including 1 queen size bed in the master bedroom, 1 twin size bed with a pull out 2nd trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom, complimentary Netflix and CraveTV/wifi, classic Arcade Game, linens, towels, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery and more.
