There is a nearby convenient store, INDOMARET, on jl Pintu Air 2. Turn left when you exit the condo complex, it is the side street on the left wing of the complex. Please note that liquors are no longer sold in mini markets.
In the evening, try our nearby Pecenongan street food. Jl Pintu Air 2 will lead you to jl Pecenongan. Rawon Nguling at Pecenongan opens for lunch and dinner, try the beef rawon soup with salted duck egg. One salted duck egg is good for two bowls of rawon. Most of the street stalls open after sunset. Do not miss out Pondok Laguna's fried 'flying' gurame at jl Batu Tulis. Try their dessert, my must-have, es merah delima. Next door Ikan Bakar Cianjur is worth a try too.
There are more local food outlets on Jl Juanda raya. Happy Day is a family restaurant. If you are keen to try Javanese food, try Soto Madura (beef soto) at Juanda raya no.16. They are within walking distance.
Do check out our Guidebook for more recommendations.

About the Host, Hanna
My family travels a few times in a year and most of the time we choose to stay in Airbnb homes. Being hosted by others have helped me gain valuable hospitality lessons. Nothing beats meeting new people and making them feel at home. It's gratifying to know that my guests enjoy their stay.
I'm also into upcycling, producing tote bags, pouches and soft home furnishings out of donated post-event banners and fabric scraps! It's been fun and rewarding, loving the creative process of it. Threadapeutic is my upcycling label which was launched at Indonesia Fashion Week 2015!
