The Ca Romina is located in the most characteristic part of Venice: Rialto.
Completely renewed and large, the Ca Romina is on the second floor of a historic building.
It can comfortably accommodate a group of 8 people.
Featuring a light double bedroom, one single room, large hall with sofa bed and a living room with kitchenette and a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking.
Characteristic of this apartment is the view of one of the most famous streets of Venice: Ruga Rialto with its small shops and restaurants.
The apartment has air conditioning, 2 satellite TV, toaster, microwave, hair dryer, kettle, iron and heating and WIFI.
The Ca Romina is located in the historic center of Venice.
Within walking distance you will find: the famous Rialto Bridge is the oldest and most important bridge in Venice, the famous fish market and the typical Baccari, the typical restaurant or bar where you can drink a glass of wine and taste the delights of Venice.
A few minutes walk from the apartment you can reach one of the most amazing squares in the world: Piazza San Marco with its incredible monuments, its elegant cafes and very elegant shops.
The Ca Romina is easily accessible by train from the airport.
Great clean and modern apartment. Problems: shower is somewhat small and street noise is quite bad late in the evening (bring good earplugs), otherwise, like others said, it's very good, . We had WiFi access code written on the router so it was no problem to connect.
Wonderful apartment located in the heart of Venice! It's only about a 10 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge and very close to a bakery for morning coffee and pastry for breakfast. Just seconds away from good shopping and restaurants. We had 8 people in our party and we were very comfortable. One drawback is the noise at night can be bothersome as you are right off of main streets. Also, the apartment is up a few flights of stairs.
Overall, we are happy with the appartment in Venice. The location of the appartment is really good. And the appartment is also clean and spacious. The only negative point is that there is only one air con in the appartment, but the agency provided us with two standing fans which help.
The (website hidden) was lovely - very modern, well appointed; and most importantly neat and clean. It is located within a short 3 minute walk of Rialto Bridge which is a central location and convenient. Towels are provided and there is plenty of heating within the apartment which we were thankful for in winter. The kitchen also had all the utensils required for cooking meals. Sadly there was no wifi.
One downfall of staying at this apartment was that on upon our arrival in Venice, we were told that we could only check in at 4.30pm which was extremely late, even when check in was listed as 3pm. This proved to be quite tricky as finding a place for 8 people (with luggage) to wait until the apartment was ready was not preferable. Check out was also 10am so it seemed uncanny that it would take 6.5 hours to prepare the apartment.
