7 year old architect designed house in central Wanaka - 5 minutes walk to the lake, the supermarket, coffee shops, bars and restaurants! Stylish, comfortable, cosy, new furniture and beds. Fully equipped. Fantastic kitchen. Boot warmers for skiers! Solar panels. Unlimited WiFi. *Note, Garage is unavailable to renters, as owner's car now stays there*

Large open plan living / dining / kitchen area, with picture windows looking out on to the garden (and Mt Roy!) and the patio with outside furniture and BBQ.

Fully equipped kitchen for those who want to stay in and cook. Short walk to town for those who prefer to go out.

3 comfortable bedrooms (King, Queen and 2 King Singles). En-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe for the master bedroom. Large shared bathroom with deep bath. Extra, separate toilet. Laundry with commercial appliances, including very effective dryer.

Netflix and NEON available on large TV.
