I had to cancel the reservation because the intended family member had a mental health emergency and had to return home. And yet, I'm being asked to rate airbnb/casa zen.
Shenaqua was very nice once I reached her by phone (took 2 1/2 days). Airbnb expects 'documents' from a physician. Well, maybe if there had been a broken leg. A broken mind is hard to x-ray isn't it. So full refund - extremely doubtful. Never again airbnb.
I only stayed one night. The place was really clean, quiet and convenient .2 blocks to the Malecon and 2 blocks to Rancho Viejo!
I did not get ac chance to meet Shenaqua but AJi is a pretty cool guy with a great mission. Enjoy the garden out back and if you lucky you'll indulge on the fresh fruit and veggies from their organic farm!
