  • What a great stay I had at Norah's who extended the Irish welcome very well indeed! Nothing was too much trouble and Norah was always armed with information about Dublin and how to get to places. The house is in a great spot for getting into the city easily by train or bus, you can walk into Sandymount in about ten minutes to check out some great eateries, lovely park and some really friendly pubs, and Dublin Bay, of course! Norah has a very friendly and welcoming house. There were two other people staying there when I visited and as a solo traveller it was good to hook up with others - and watch England lose their second match in the World Cup down the pub with Rosie! Thanks Norah.

  • Norah was Lovely. The room we was so homey and Sandymount is the cutest villiage. It was our first day in ireland and it was a great place to begin our journey. Her Brown bread was to die for and the rest of the trip I couldn't find any bread that tasted as good.

  • le logement est correct mais difficile d'accès. il n'y a aucune carte pour se repérer en bus ou en train, c'est dommage.....
    le breakfast est sommaire
accueil assez distant tout de même
    mais Dublin est superbe !!!

  • Norah was a wonderful host and her home was very cozy and perfectly located in a peaceful part of Dublin, which is very close to the centre and everything we wanted to see and do. From arrival Norah made us feel very welcome and helped us with local info and how to get around. We will definitely be looking to stay with her again if we are ever back in Dublin. Thanks again Norah!

About
I am a well traveled person with lots of cultural interests ,I cycle everywhere and love to be outside. I have a large family and lots of friends(home and abroad) so I enjoy making people welcome in my cosy home and will even show you how to make my brown bread! I have started back studying a Ph D in education in TCD a huge challenge but interesting as well Just preparing for our final foundations Donna Eden energy workshop , its so effective and works great with the EFT tapping I already work with . Time to start baking , all the guests love some home made bread and short cake ! I live so close by the big office where people "help others look for things" .if you are coming to work there and looking for an apartment ,you can stay here two or three weeks here ,so you can look for the home you really like !i have lots of helpful tips for flat hunting. The flat in Montpellier is looked after by my friendly and accommodating cousin Laura.
