Beautiful independent garden house located in heart of historical city, right in the middle of all the beautiful Patan heritage sites. The place is amazing to get culturally immersed in the old Patan and enjoy full comfort like at home (bedroom with balcony, modern bathroom, working space, independent living/ kitchen, direct access to the garden with outside sitting spaces. Located on the beautiful Swotha Square, 50 meters away from the UNESCO world heritage Patan Durbar Square!

The space
The space proposed is composed of a one story garden house and an independent very spacious kitchen / living room.
On the ground floor of the garden house is the relaxing space/working space with sofa + modern bathroom; On the first floor of the garden unit is the bedroom with balcony and view over the garden and Narayan temple in the back.
When you step out from the unit you are directly into the garden with fish-pond and outside sitting space. On the ground floor of the main house is the Kitchen/Living room. It is fully reserved for your own use and also gives directly to the garden.
We also have Electronic Safety Locker for storing your valuable items. It is also home for a beautiful piano ;)

Be aware that there is spiral stairs to access the bedroom; it might not be ideal for small children and people with knee problem.
The bed is a queen size bed with very comfortable mattress.

Guest access
Guests can freely enjoy the garden, the ground floor living room/ kitchen, as well as the garden house unit.
Guests have full and independent access to their garden house

Other things to note
Gas, water and electricity are very precious resources here in Nepal, please use them very conscientiously. Small problems related to those resources can always happen, we are reactive to fix things once informed but you need to be aware that Nepal is a country where you have to be adaptable ;-)

Please note that you will meet Jimi, Peter and Rosa (our dogs) regularly. They are very sweet but if you mind animals, it might not be the right place for you ;)
