Located on a quiet half-acre behind the owners’ home, this detached cottage offers comfort, privacy, high-speed Wi-Fi, and easy access to downtown Kansas City, BBQ, and top attractions.

The space
Follow the brick pathway to a beautifully maintained, secluded, one-half acre backyard where the cottage sits privately behind a fence and shaded by large, mature trees.

Guest access
Convenient parking is available along the retaining wall or at the end of the driveway (left side). From your vehicle, follow the pathway to the cottage — just one step at the entrance. We’re happy to assist with any special accommodations.

Other things to note
We are a 7 minute drive from the Royals & Chiefs’ Stadiums and a 15 minute drive from downtown Kansas City. Downtown Kansas City offers the Power & Light District, Jazz District (18th & Vine), the River market and so much more. We are also about 15 minutes from the Country Club Plaza and the Nelson Atkins Museum.
