Los Cocos is a hidden gem within the secure, gated Playa Bonita Beach Residences community. It is set back a short 5 minute walk from Playa Bonita Bay and offers the seclusion and luxury of beachfront condos at a very affordable price. Our ground floor apartment welcomes couples and families with small children.

The space
We have two air-conditioned bedrooms with uniquely designed queen beds featuring roll-out twin trundle beds under both. The master bedroom has a wall-mounted 40 inch HD flat screen TV. Both bedrooms feature screened windows and black-out curtains. The master bedroom's bathroom is en suite. The second bathroom is in the common hallway.

Our lounge offers a wall mounted 50 inch HD flat screen TV with cable, Netflix, and DVD connections, free wi-fi and a third air-conditioning unit.

Room-width sliding glass doors open from the lounge onto a large terrace with dining space for six and additional comfortable conversation group seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with large refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, numerous small electric appliances, and built-in dishwasher. We have an enclosed laundry room with washer/dryer, ironing board/iron located just off the kitchen.

Our guests enjoy a beautiful garden and pool view, daily cleaning service, use of the common BBQ area, and access to the gorgeous beachfront infinity pool and club house with wet bar.

Other things to note
Tucked away on the terrace you will find boogey boards, jumbo pool noodles, and sand toys for little people. Enjoy!
