Where you’ll be

Salt Lake City, Utah, United States

My house is in east Holladay, my favorite neighborhood in the Salt Lake area. It's in the foothills of the mountains giving that great natural feeling yet it literally is ten minutes from downtown. It's right off of I-215 right by Millcreek Canyon, right in between access to Park City to the north and all of the Cottonwood Canyon ski/recreation areas to the south.

I'm a landscape photographer/filmmaker from Utah but I lived in Los Angeles/San Francisco for 7 years. I went to college in Japan for a year and can still speak enough to be helpful but don't expect poetry. I also have worked in Paris a bit but only know enough French to order a pastry and coffee and even that requires a lot of pointing. I love traveling, the wilderness and should be at least slightly helpful if you want to do anything in the National Parks of Utah. Also, I sell my photography, you can see it hanging on the walls all throughout the house (it's not narcissism, just trying to make a buck). If you want to take home a souvenir from Utah I'll let you know prices.

During your stay

I live in a detached part of the property and if I'm not in the desert shooting photos/camping I would be happy to socialize or give you your complete privacy, however you prefer.
