I have a (4) four night minimum stay beginning in December.
Please only book my place if you can check out by 11am the day of your departure. I keep a pretty busy schedule and usually always have someone checking in the same day. Housekeeping will be arriving at 11am to get the place ready for the next guest. Thank you
I try and keep my prices lower then others offering the same kind of apartment. My calendar is always full therefore I do not negotiate my prices.
- No pets, no smoking in the building and no parties or loud noise.
- Check in between 3pm and 10pm
- Check out by 11am the day of departure.
Housekeeping arrives at 11am to get the place ready for the next guest.
I usually have a full calendar so it is hard to make exceptions. I will try and get guests in early if possible. I am sorry but I cannot accept late night check ins. Thank you.
Absolutely brilliant. Apartment is exactly as you see in the photos provided. Extremely clean and spacious. Apartment is fully equip with cable tv, clean/wash facilities and kitchen equipment. We had a mid sized car which was a little difficult to park in allocated spot, took some manoeuvring, especially as vehicle in next spot was huge and hung out of the lines. If you have a compact should be no problem at all though. Complex is mostly quiet and area is perfect, close to everything West Hollywood has to offer. Keller was a great host. Easily reachable and very prompt in response time. Highly recommend.

Keller's property is an absolute gem! In the heart of West Hollywood, with lots of food and entertainment options within walking distance, I could not have asked for a better place to stay. Check in and check out is a breeze, and Keller was attentive and available without being overbearing. The absolute perfect place to stay!
Keller was a very responsive and considerate host. The apartment was comfortable, clean and located in a convenient location. The only issue we had was with the noise in the building - the walls were very thin and the sounds from the neighbours rooms and in the halls could be heard very easily. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and it was a very reasonable price.
My partner and I spent 7 nights in Keller's west Hollywood apartment and could not have been happier.
The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of West Hollywood, yet in a quiet suburban street so you're away from any noise and disturbances. It is minutes away from retail stores, great food, bars and retail outlets so you're right in the thick of LA.
Keller was a great host, being very responsive to any questions and providing a few recommendations for local spots to check out all upon arrival.
We would definitely stay in Keller's apartment again the next time we're in LA.
It genuinely saddens me to leave Keller's apartment after having spent a wonderful and tranquil month in the heart of West Hollywood. Strategically, its perfect and walking distance to all that I needed from restaurants, gyms, quaint shops, cafés, and bars. The apartment is perfectly situated on a quiet street just on the outskirts of the main strip of weho. So I had the option of a quiet setting and could go to the main hustle and bustle of shops when I needed to.
Of all landlords that I have dealt with, and I have had more than 20, Keller is by far the best, the kindest and most efficient I have ever met. And I haven't even met the man face to face, our communication was through emails. Whenever I needed recommendations, his responses would take no longer than a few minutes. His house cleaner Patty did an immaculate job and she was thorough and an absolute sweetheart. Keller is the landlord that every tenant should experience. There is no task too small or too large for him. He is immediate, and will never disappoint. He will always give no less than %100.

Keller was a great host and made sure that I had all the information necessary for my arrival and departure. He was responsive and a pleasure to deal with! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable, with nice little touches that I really appreciated. Great location and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and a nice neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!
