I ADDRESS AIRBNB AND ITS USER ABOUT THE ABOVE REVIEW: IT'S A LIE.
I won't spend time in answering all those allegation but lets my 223 other positive reviews speaks for themselves.
1 - Airbnb supported my case and stood by my side throughout the entire issue we had with Javier. They convinced me let him stay in the apt (I was staring n eviction procedure) and that I wouldn't hear from him. Indeed after airbnb spoke t Javier, he becane extremely quiet. before thate, below are the message airbnb could read on the thread:
JAVIER: "The key has to be in the apartment tomorrow morning before 10am."
JAVIER: "Im already taking all this situations and conplain to AirBNB since u are not giving a fuck"
At this point I told him to be polite and respectful as I run a vacation rental business, and I would appreciate if he keep that on a professional level, at this is what I got:
JAVIER: "Im sorry that "giving a fuck" is to hard for you. Please dont tell my mother. Seems u are not understanding, i will explain to you..."

Last but not least, here the email I receive from my team manager (as I'm an hospitality professional and manage several properties in several cities with team on the ground):

Please be advised that the guest staying inside this unit has been very aggressive and rude.

We have dealt with many of your guests and have never had this type of issue. At this point I do not feel comfortable sending my staff to this unit while this guest remains inside the unit.
