This newly constructed studio has everything you need for a relaxing getaway, productive work trip, or long-term stay. Complimentary coffee, high-speed internet, Netflix, and more! Super-comfy king sized memory foam, oversized two-person shower, fully-loaded kitchen and relaxing living room. Our goal was to design the best Airbnb in Ft. Worth - come stay & be the judge!

Quiet, comfortable, private, and fully appointed. This studio was built exclusively for Airbnb and includes all the amenities you need for a relaxing getaway, productive work trip, or anything in between:

- Tuft & Needle king-sized memory foam mattress
- Luxury bathroom with oversized two-person shower and vanity
- Fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, dinnerware, and cooking tools*
- Keurig coffee machine with unlimited coffee
- Private laundry closet with full washer/dryer (includes detergent)
- Relaxing living area with new furnishings and smart TV (free Netflix and more channels to choose from)
- Fold-out couch transforms into a full-sized bed (and is comfy!)
- Private walkout balcony with bistro furniture

Fairmount is a wonderfully charming historic district nestled in the medical community south of downtown Fort Worth. Your studio is located blocks from Magnolia Ave, a bustling street full of the best restaurants and bars in Fort Worth. Go for a walk or rent a bike and cruise around town. We're also a 5 minute drive from the Fort Worth Zoo, Texas Christian University, and downtown.

We're a husband and wife duo, born and raised in Texas. She's a small town Aggie and he's a big city Longhorn - a true force to be reckoned with. We love our hometown, Fort Worth, and love hosting Airbnb guests in our Fairmount home. Our backyard studio apartment was custom designed for Airbnb - which means it has absolutely everything you need for a relaxing or productive stay.

We also love traveling. Patrick has visited over a dozen different countries over the past decade, and is bringing Jenn up to speed as quickly as possible. Our favorites? Cinque Terre, Italy and Tel Aviv, Israel. Both offer amazing culture, cuisine, and scenery. The three things we love to experience most.

During your stay

We're home often (our back door is 10 yards from the studio) and love meeting guests! We're here for anything you need at any time, and would love to share a cup of coffee with you on any of our three porches. Don't want to be bothered? We're cool with that too. You'll get the access code - and we'll act like you don't even exist. Well, mostly.
