Kinara (meaning “water's edge") is a recently refreshed home featuring master suite with a king-size bed and second bedroom with two full-size beds. Spacious open-floor plan living space and large balcony complete this great home. Well-sized for groups up to six, but not-too-big for a couple or solo traveler. Perfectly suited for a family holiday, winter retreat or well-deserved splendid isolation.
For in-house entertainment, it's equipped with HD TVs in both bedrooms and a 50" in the living room all with over 200 channels. A Sony Blu-Ray DVD player and high-speed Wi-Fi ensure you never run out of options. Let the new, modern kitchen, 18-bottle wine chiller and eight-person dining table unleash your inner gourmet.
A swimming pool, community grill and common washer/dryers are also available in the building.

Renters are not allowed to bring pet(s) of any kind to Holiday Villas II.
Any form of smoking (tobacco or otherwise) or consumption of illegal and prohibited materials including recreational drugs (pot, cocaine, etc.) is never permitted in the condo or in Holiday Villas II premises. Tobacco cigarette and cigar smoking is permitted ONLY on the balcony. An additional cleaning fee of $350 may be imposed on the renter for smoking in the unit.
As a courtesy to our neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 11PM and 7AM.
I'm an engineer by day; photographer, cricketer, and runner by night. As your host, I'll work to provide you with a seamless, stress-free rental experience. Each of our beach-front holiday homes has been recently renovated to provide you with a comfortable base camp for your holiday.
