Glenn has been a good host for our first airbnb experience. The house is exactly as described in the pictures, with a unique vintage feel. The neighborhood can look scary but actually it is very lively. Having a cat myself, I can confirm theirs are super discreet. Our stay was short but we really enjoyed the place.
I recently moved to Philly for grad school and stayed here for a month. Glenn was extremely kind and helpful. The house is very nice. I wasn't a big fan of the area, it was a little busy. Other than that I had a good time there!
Super sweet couple! House was very clean and everything looked just like the picture showed. I didn't think the area was as bad as a lot of the other reviews said it was, but then again maybe that's because I was born in Trenton, NJ.
They make you feel welcome with breakfast and small talk :) Pick them.
Glenn is just fantastic! I told him personally that here in AIRBNB the people told that he is helpful, gives privacy to the guest and other really good things... But this is far of how GREAT it was my days in Glenn's house! Guys, don't doubt and go with Glenn, best option in Philadelphia!
The house is very warm and welcoming. I stayed here for almost a month and a half and Ive always felt comfortable. Rooms are warm and loved the bathrooms. They sure do have an eye for design :)
I would definitely recommend my travelling colleagues and friends for this place.

About the Host, Glenn & Xin
I am a architect designer, whose expertise is in architecture, historic preservation, + build and I also offer consultant service. I also renovate distressed urban property, to drive urban renewal in blighted neighborhoods.
Xin is a talented graphic designer and has designed graphics for various companies in China. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in art education.
When traveling we always use airbnb. We recently had memorable time at a charming hutong in Beijing China and a high rise in the heart of Hong Kong.
We love great food, and travel. We relax with a picnic in a park with a book, or in bed with a movie on a Sunday evening.
I can't live without my camera, and must have it with me at all times when traveling.
Xin loves to read and will usually have a book on her iPad.
