Fully fitted kitchen has oven, ceramic hob, microwave, full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher. All crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied and welcome tea/coffee/sugar and fresh milk. Teatowel, a dishcloth, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, an iron and ironing board are provided as standard. Bedroom one is a twin with dressing unit, hair dryer, wardrobe, TV and south facing sea views. Bedroom two is a double with dressing unit, hair dryer, wardrobe, TV and south facing sea views. Bedroom 3 is a triple (double and single beds) with dressing unit, hair dryer, wardrobe, TV and south facing sea views. Two shower rooms each with quadrant shower, vanity unit, shaver point, toilet and complementary handwash and shower gel. Bedding and towels are provided. Daily servicing available on request. Non smoking. No Pets.
In addition to the apartment, there is a front patio area, a rear walled patio (a little more sheltered and suitable for a BBQ), there is a coin operated laundry facility.
The apartment has 1 car space, additional spaces may be available at £5 per night.

Queens Promenade, 1 mile from the Tower is the peaceful side of the town away from the party crowds. Generally suited to business travellers and the family market.
A 10 minute walk to the North Pier, both bus and tram stops are within a few yards of the building
Only registered guests are allowed in to the apartment. On check in a security deposit is required of £100 or a credit card to be registered.

The flat was perfectly located for our conference at the Hilton and a short walk from most other places we wanted to get to. Lovely to be on the Sea front. Comfy beds and everything we needed for our stay including a dish washer! It's only possible to get two keys which isn't ideal especially if you filled the flat with the possible 7 guests it can take.
Excellent location, had views of the seafront. Easy to find the apartment and had allocated car parking spaces. It was opposite a tram stop so easy to travel around. Apartment was clean and the host was very friendly and approachable. Beds were very comfy! Had no issues at all during our stay.
The apartment was excellent, had everything we required for the weekend. Good views, friendly hosts and relatively easy to get to. Looked a lot nicer than some of the hotels down the main strip.

The Berkeley is a 4 Star apartment block of 11 units. Where the owners Paul & Sybaris live on site. Each apartment has a terrific sea view, its own parking bay, use of a laundry room, front and rear patios. Wifi is available throughout the building. In addition we have a second building called Twelve which has 7 budget apartments, just yards away, these are a little more dated, but are clean and functional.
