Silvia was an excellent host- we never met with her, but her housekeeper, Mona, was wonderful help! Mona met us upon arrival and showed us around the house, how to use the key, where the best place to use the internet was. There was a very small language barrier but we were able to get all of our questions answered pretty easily. There is a tourist fee that travelers should be aware of staying here that will not be included in your original payment on AirBnb! 2 Euro per person each day!
The Guesthouse was wonderful- spacious, two beds that were reasonably comfortable, two bathrooms (one with the shower, the other with the toilet, both with sinks and mirrors!). She even provided a hairdrier! There is no AC but there was an AC unit that we used and we were comfortable using that!
The location was decent- not as close to things like the Trevi fountain as we had originally thought but still a nice area to be in! We were right by a coffee place so we went there each morning on the way to the Metro station (The metro is about an 8 minute walk away). If you're comfortable using the metro station, this is a nice location! Its not too far and you can use the walk to wake up :)
Silvia was a wonderful host- she answered all of our questions and we really loved the apartment! I would highly recommend staying here!
The appartement is very well located to center in 15' your are piazza Venezia. The area being not touristic you have everything next door, pharmacy, supermarket, coffee place ( very good)... and also little restaurants at reasonable prices and a very good gelateria...
and probably better than in center. The appartement is also very secure and clean.
The doorkeeper is really nice, she was really present to help us the first day moving around.
We had an amazing stay... Will come back
Wonderful flat, bright, spacious and very enjoyable.
The building is very clean. We really appreciated the appartment.
Silvia was very reactive and helpful. Thanks a lot for this nice stay.
I've been in this place for some days and I can confirm the guest house (don't expect B&B service) is quite comfortable and well located: you got a 4 directions tram lines (in-out Rome + around Rome) and plenty of buses to move around if you feel lazy to walk. The apartment is big with separated toilet and shower rooms. Price is reasonable!
HEMOS ESTADO DOS SEMANAS MI ESPOSA Y YO EN ESE APARTAMENTO Y LA EXPERIENCIA HA SIDO ABSOLUTAMENTE POSITIVA, TANTO REFERENTE AL ESPACIO FISICO, COMO SOBRE TODO AL ANFITRION. TANTO SILVIA CON SUS INFORMACIONES COMO MONICA HAN SIDO PERFECTAS POR SU AMABILIDAD Y CARIÑO. DESDE ISLAS CANARIAS UN RECUERDO INOLVIDABLE. VOLVEREMOS. MANUEL Y CARMEN MARIS
È il mio secondo soggiorno in via Nomentana 225. Che dire? Una magnifica conferma. Pulizia, puntualità, organizzazione, il tutto a due passi dalla Storia (maiuscola d' obbligo), e a un prezzo davvero onesto.
That' s my second stay at the "via Nomentana 225" flat. What else can I say, other than highlited in my last feedback?
A great confirmation. Perfect organization, along with punctuality, clarity, tidiness. All within a stone' s throw from History (with intentional caps) and a fair price.
Thank you, Silvia
