Warm and sunny studio in a peaceful neighbourhood 1km (15min walk) from the marvellous Old Town and lively city-centre.
Interior is healthy with clay walls and wooden floor to balance the microclimate and air moisture in a 100yo wooden house. As a modern twist opaque glass separates bathroom with a rain-shower.

Ideal for couples or anyone who wants to relax AWAY from busy city-life but stay close enough.
Free parking and a cosy sushi-house open daily in a next-door house.

The space
The apartment was regularly used by our family members for short stay after a night in the city.
Now we rent it to our friends and also good, considerate guests.
Everybody loves the place!
The apartment is located in an 100-year old wooden house. The whole building is maintained as simple and natural. Also, the neighbours are friendly and polite.

The outside of the house is waiting for a renovation and the community is working on it. So, we’ve adjusted the price to compensate for this shortcoming and we hope you still enjoy the stay in the apartment.

Other things to note
Fast 100Mbit/100Mbit Wi-Fi connection and several Estonian and international TV channels (more can be ordered at request) are available.

Please note - the place is away from the noisy and busy areas. That’s a feature, not a bug. 😊
We believe the 15min walk (1km) still counts as city centre. We even like it.

The grocery (“Tatari Rimi mini”: open 7:30-23:00) is just 7 minutes (550m) away. Really convenient.

The Amijami sushi-house is just next-door open daily 11-22 and in a 3 minute walk there is legendary Herne bakery with daily fresh baking (the best in the morning, of course). 5-minute walk gets you to trendy Mamo for work-day dining.
