This condo has elegant appointments, from the hickory floor to the solid doors to the custom kitchen; no detail was overlooked to make it feel like a mountain cabin with an elegant flair.

The space
You will feel like you are in a mountain retreat, but you will be downtown Breck.

The River Mountain Lodge is one of Breck’s premier properties. “Ski in” - at the bottom of 4 O’clock run. Entering the building, you feel like you are walking into a ski lodge, a large fireplace, large sitting area, and even a small bar for gathering with friends.

Heated pool, 4 hot tubs, & fitness center.
NOTE: The pool is CLOSED for renovations until October 2026.

Includes one parking spot, heated and underground.

The 2nd bed is a sofa bed with memory foam mattress - it is very comfortable.

Fully furnished (including the kitchen with upgraded cookware and utensils, see the picture) with upgraded linens.

Town of Breckenridge Accommodation Taxes are included.

You won't need a car. Get a 10% discount for DIA transfers and ski rentals on booking.

Other things to note
River Mountain Lodge feels like a real lodge, complete with a large fireplace in the common area and a bar. Also River Mountain Lodge is a Vail property, so it is managed to the highest standards. There is also a 24x7 front desk that is run my Vail, the staff will be helpful but they don't manage this unit.

There is a sports shop on-site: bikes in the summer and skis/boards in the winter.

This lodge is ski-in. You take the Four O'Clock run, which ends across the street. Just take off your skis, walk across Ski Hill Road and into the lodge where the staff will check your skis. (see the map in the photos).

To get to the mountain, you have two options:
1) the ski shuttle bus picks up on Ski Hill Road, going two directions (one immediately in front of the lodge) and the other across the street where Four O'Clock run terminates,
2) A short walk to the Gondola (0.3 mile/6 minutes). See the photo with the map. Ski-Out is nice but there are not any property's that are located directly in the middle of town that are ski-out.

Neighborhood highlights

One block from Breckenridge's main street, the condo is a stroll from all the town has to offer. End your day by skiing the Four O'Clock run, which ends across the street.

For getting to the snow, you have two options. 1) Free shuttle directly in front of the lodge and another across the street. 2) Short walk (about 100 yds) to the gondola and transportation hub.

You are overlooking the Blue River and you will hear the gentle rush of the stream, until of course it freezes over in the winter.
