400/night for basement parking depending on availability. Please send plate number and carmake. Option 2 is SM parking w/c is 5mins walk

The space
A 27.5 sqm studio-type unit. With two bunk beds and a pull-out bed. It can comfortably fit 6 -8pax. Complete with Basic cooking, Refrigerator, and kitchen utensils.

Upper Bed (single size) ,Lower Bed (double size) and a pullout bed in each bunk bed.

WiFi and Cable TV are available.

Other things to note
No Aircon but the cool breeze of Baguio City will feel that you have one :)

An elevator card is used. The lost card fee is 500.

400/night for basement parking depending on availability. Please send plate number and carmake. kindly note that during peak season/weekends parking will be available between 12nn to 2 pm and should be vacated at 12nn on your checkout date.

Note that parking is upon availability so it's better to send details before your stay.
In cases that the parking is full, Option is SM parking. Fee is 200 for overnight . 50 pesos for every entry.
