The Space

This studio flat has been entirely renovated. Modern and warmy design.

Main room on the left is composed of a double bed with a very good mattress.
On the right is the lving room. The couch could become a single bed as it is quite large and long and confortable. And there is an extra single good mattress for an eventual 4th person.
It might be possible to create in the future a separation between the double bed and the living room but at the moment the two areas are linked as a studio loft style.

There is a big size digital Tv fixed on the wall that can be watched from either the double bed and the living room. You can plug your laptop and watch your favourite films on a big screen.

You need to know that the windows are not double bazed yet as it is a historical buiding and the process with the architect to change the windows is more complex. In the night it is fine, but in the morning you will hear the life of the street.

The kitchen is behind the living room. Also renovated with good oven and fully equiped ( fridge, cofee machine, toaster, blender)

There is a big size shower.
Washing mashing with dryer combined so it is very practical ( very good brand MIELE)
You have a table for ironing and an iron.

Toilets are separated on the entrance.

The flat is 100metres from Saint-Lazare station.

It is very near to the famous Printemps and Galeries Lafayettes and the Opera de Garnier, Madeleine. It is a busy quarter, very central and very accessible by transport. There is plenty of choices, RER E, underground lines like the line 3, the line 9, the line 13, the line 14, the line 12.
RER A and line 7, not far too.
There is a big buses station with also many choices to go in various areas of Paris.
Also ther is a direct cheap bus (10€) from charles de gaule airport directly to Opera, which is about 5-10min from st-Lazare on foot.

The flat is on the fourth floor and there is an elevator with good space to put your luguages.

This flat is ideal for a group of friends, or couple with children, or even single business trip.

Check In
  • Wonderful little flat, simply but tastefully furnished. Wonderful little bathroom (even with little hotel shower products.) All perfectly clean. Sweet little home away from home - just what you want on a boring business trip.
Communication with Kerenor was uncomplicated and friendly. Meeting and key hand-over worked out perfectly. She stayed in touch even thought she wasn't in town during my visit.
The convenient location close to St. Lazare station (plus other metro and RER stations in walking distance) implies that is it a bit loud. Ear plugs solved the issue.

  • Very good experience. Kerenor is really nice and she let us arrive in the morning and leave our luggage.
Thanks and hope to see you again, maybe in Bastia next time.

  • The booking and entry to the flat arrangement s were good. Kerenor met us personally and made us feel at ease and at home. The flat has a great kitchen , shower, and bed. The blinds worked although the bedside one could do with a refurbishment. The location is excellent for visiting Paris sights by train and metro. So much better than St Germain where I stayed last time which is best for walking. I would stay here again in kerenor's flat.

  • To tell the truth, not such a good Airbnb experience.First, before I arrive,I asked if I can check in at about 10:30 after 20 hours'flight(and the room is vacant the day before I check in),the host asked me for extra 20 euro to hire someone to wait for me because she was busy( at last,I rejected to pay for that and we figured out another way). And the host was so busy that she only took 15 minutes to show me around the apartment at noon. And the apartment was not clean enough, when we removed the sofa to creat a sofabed,we found out it was full of dust under the sofa. The sheet was old and wrinkled. Not enough quilt for three people,a few blanket were offered, but not enough because it was cold at night.Three desk lamp were offered, but one of them couldn't work, and not enough light at night. The kitchen is the most wonderful part. But at last,an unhappy event happen, for the host asked me to pay for her damaged table which we haven't noticed!! I don't know how to tell,it was the worst Airbnb experience ever.

  • I researched for a long time on a place to stay in Paris! Everyone said to stay on the left bank. But I couldn't find a place that fit my needs. I wanted a place with lots of light. I decided to stay at the cozy comfy flat in St. Lazare and take a risk! This was my first time to Paris and I was traveling alone!

It was honestly a great experience!!! There's a metro station very near and I loved walking everywhere. If you don't mind taking a nice stroll through Paris to all the tourist sites this is a great place! It's clean. There's good culture and restaurants around! The host Keren is a total sweet heart and so helpful. She sat down with me when I arrived and we pulled out a map and she help plan out my travel adventure on Paris suggesting good coffee and ice cream places!!

So overall I would definitely recommend staying here!
