Find One-Of-A-Kind gorgeous elements of design and style at this meticulously designed home.

We do allow one furry four legged family member. The Pet Fee box must be checked off when booking a reservation (when you or one of your guests are bringing your furry loved one). The pet fee goes to the cleaning crew. That was our agreement with our lovely crew if we were to have guests bring a pet.
There is a Pet Fee for Dogs.
Not allowed: Cats, reptiles, snakes or birds,etc..


First Floor:

Play Room is almost it's own "suite", perfect for the kids to have their own space with gas fireplace, radiant heat in the floor, double sized mattress bunk beds, large screen smart TV, board games, full bathroom, front loading washer and dryer, boot and glove heaters, and beverage frig/snack/sink area.

Views of the Lake. Gourmet Kitchen with a multitude of appliances, cookware, and an assortment of dishes/glassware. Espresso, Keurig and Drip Coffee machines. Farm House sink with modern 6 burner cooktop/oven and Thermador refrigerator. Long Breakfast bar with Live Edge top and four custom bar stools.
Two sofas for lots of seating, Smart TV, Sonos system, Custom dining table for 8 or more.
Custom stone gas fireplace with Custom hood that houses the TV behind vintage upcycled wood from Mt.Diablo

Private, Shaded outdoor lounging area with Adirondack chairs (during non inclement weather season)

AM:
Begin each morning with a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Whip up homemade waffles, coffee and espresso in the fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. Plan your day - depending on the season: Kayaking/SUP-ing, hiking, sledding, skiing, snowboarding, snow shoeing, shopping, dining, golf.
PM:
Come home from a thrilling (Summer/Fall) day -Kayaking and SUP-ing, hiking or a blissful (Winter/Spring) day sledding,snow boarding and skiing.... jump in the hot tub, outdoor electric grill for dinner, enjoy the golden hour with filtered lake views on the deck, and tell stories around the in line gas fire pit. Curl up on the sofa, choose from a large selection of board games, warm your toes by one of the three gas fireplaces, and enjoy the conveniences of WiFi, two Smart TVs, and Sonos speakers for your personal smart device.

The Speedboat neighborhood is a quiet and safe neighborhood with an easy walking distance to gloriously soft sand, stately granite boulders and crystal clear waters. Swim at the locals favorite and historically famous- Speedboat/Bucks Beach, one of the warmest bays... swim around and find the enticing Brockway Hot Spring currents swirling about.

Or... walk up the hill to the Casinos and roll the dice, or experience Live music at the Crystal Bay Club. An original venue with high timbered ceilings, large ornate Crystals on the bar, and most of all a full calendar of well known and popular musicians. Many FREE shows too at the bar within the newer part of the casino.

Downtown Kings Beach and Incline Village are just a minutes drive away. Fabulous restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, rental equipment, and more.

World renowned ski resorts are all 10-25 minutes away. Northstar Village, a ten minute drive has year round activities as well, grab your roller-skates and go take a whirl! Kings Beach Golf Course is less than five minutes away with Bocce court for the non-golfers.
