The space
The Cognac is a breathtakingly beautiful apartment that can comfortably accommodate 6 adults and 2 children, and features some of the most enviable rooftop and Eiffel Tower views in Paris. Situated on the 6th floor of an elegant building in the sought-after 7th arrondissement, you have panoramic views to enjoy day and night!
LIVING AREA
The unbelievably stylish main living room has a long sofa that converts to two single beds (80x190cm). There is also a television in the living room which receives cable stations but you won’t be watching much tv when you see that view!
DEN
Located off the living room (with Eiffel Tower views) the den can be closed off by a door to create the third private sleeping area. It has a top-of-the-line sofa bed that converts into 2 single beds. You won’t want to close the curtains
TERRACE & VIEW
Both the living room and den open up onto a wrought-iron terrace with tables and chairs from which to take in the to-die-for views. Breakfast, reading, lunch, dinner… you could stay there all day.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher, convection oven, microwave, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso machine as well as a drip coffee maker and a toaster and comes is fully-equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, utensils and glassware.
