The appartment is modern and very functional. The heat (we were there over New Year's Eve worked perfectly. The kitchen was equipped with basic equipment, enough to cook simple dishes for four people.
Silvia was very quick and kind in responding to messages and helped us out a lot through the messaging system beforehand.
Everything worked out perfectly.
La casa è meglio dal vivo che in foto! Pulita, spaziosa e molto accogliente, è situata in una zona tranquilla ma centralissima. Silvia è stata gentile e molto disponibile, tutto perfetto!!
The apartment was in a great location, clean, spacious, I got the keys as soon as I arrived, Silvia was so nice over the phone, the booking was so fast, she responded within half an hour if not less! The apartment got cleaned by the time I arrived one hour after the booking.. I totally recommend it..
L'appartamento era polita, in un bel posto, grande e comoda
The apartment located in centre, accessible from all Rome attractions. Monica was very helpful. I prefer staying same place for my next visit. Thanks Silvia,
I would highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is nice and has a lot of restaurants and cafes just around the corner. I would compare it to staying on the Upper West Side of NYC rather than Times Square. It is a pretty, quiet residential area.
Sylvia was great to deal with and her housekeeper who showed us in was very nice and welcoming.
The bus out front is only a 10-15 minute ride to just about anything worth seeing in Rome.
Silvia's apartment was just great for our 3 days stay in Rome.
Silvia was a great host, she was very helpful and answered quickly to all our questions prior to our holiday.
On our arrival Monica, the housekeeper was very forthcoming and helpful.
The apartment was spacious and very clean.
The area is great and safe and you can reach everywhere easily.
We definitely recommend Silvia's guesthouse!
We had a great time in Rome. Didn't meet Silvia, but Monica was very helpful and welcoming. We had everything we needed and the apartment was perfect.
