We had a great time in Rome. Didn't meet Silvia, but Monica was very helpful and welcoming. We had everything we needed and the apartment was perfect.
Thank you Silvia and Monica,
This was my first experience with Airbnb and I must say, it was a great one. I would strongly recommend Airbnb for people who are looking for a great value for their money.
The host Silvia was very quick in responding and very helpful. Monica, the care taker was prompt and quick in responding. Silvia helped us in arranging Taxi from and to the Airport. That was a great help.
The best thing about the accommodation is its location. Go down, and take a bus across the road and you can reach every part of Rome. Take a route 64 and it will take you through every attraction of Rome including Vatican
Another great thing about the guesthouse was the cleanliness and well quipped kitchen. My wife is a vegetarian and we were in Europe for 8 days before arriving at Rome. She had some happiest moments as she could cook food. BTW there is a small grocery shop 2 minutes away
I strongly recommend this guesthouse to everybody who is traveling to Rome.
Spotless clean, spacious, simple and nice place. It was a pleasure to come back every day and leave all tourists in the center. You can take the bus 62 to get to Vatican and the tram 3 to Colisseo, both have stops next to the house. The metro that is not far.
We enjoyed very much the restaurant "Joe Padella" and its pasta, next door and just perfect. There are 3 city supermarkets in Via Alessandria, in direction to city center.
I stayed at this apartment with 2 others for 5 days and it was just how it is in the pictures. Clean, spacious and really good location to metro and major sties. The flat has everything you will need and is big enough for a family, area seems safe and great restaurant next door who do the best pizzas.
My only feedback would be that when we arrived (9pm) the host was not available and I had to rely on the taxi driver to help me find the right apartment- he was really helpful and left only when we were safely inside. Although I did not see or meet Silvia the whole time she did respond to email questions promptly. If you want to discover the city by yourself this is the best way to do it!
I would return to this flat now I know the area better!
