About This Listing
Explore America’s first registered historic neighborhood from our cheerful guest apartments. Not only is the Armory Park Neighborhood filled with vintage homes such as our circa-1902 adobe, but it’s also conveniently located. Open your mind and leave your car behind: we’re within walking distance of downtown. Or use our complimentary bicycle for a free-spirited ride around Tucson, and to nearby University of Arizona. This is a real neighborhood, too, with relaxed, tree-lined streets. And we're just 15 minutes from Tucson International Airport.
Sip a "Tucson Blonde" ale at an off-beat micro-brewery just four blocks away, or surf the Internet--while enjoying a frothy cappuccino--at one of the half-dozen unpretentious coffee houses within walking distance. Use our complimentary bike to make the rounds.

Cute little railroad house in Armory Park. There's everything you need for a short stay - a little kitchen, bathroom, table, and a comfortable bed. The patio was lovely in the afternoons. Everything was clean and comfortable. Tim made it easy to exchange keys, there's a ton of parking, and most of downtown is only a mile away. A wonderful weekend retreat.
The hosts, Tim and Mary, are the sort of people you feel you have known a long time. They are very gracious warm and friendly. They were also very accommodating when I had to make a change in my schedule. The place is great, and they respected my privacy. I definitely felt quite at home and well taken care of. I recommend this bnb to anyone who visits Tucson.
We had a wonderful time at Tim and Mary's casita. It is a great neighborhood and a very comfortable place with everything we needed and more. The casita is plenty roomy and the kitchen is quite big. We loved the sink in the bathroom. The casita has a mid century Tucson casita charm to it. Tim is very personable and helpful. He gave us interesting information on his neighborhood and the downtown area in general. We especially enjoyed that we could walk and bike to a lot of places. I liked that the barrio brewery was only several blocks away. We would certainly recommend Tim and Mary's place to anyone.
Delightful apartment which I really enjoyed being in. Close to down town - a short walk away. Tim & Mary were great hosts, helpful, funny and interesting. Recommend.
