Explore America’s first registered historic neighborhood from our cheerful guest apartments. Not only is the Armory Park Neighborhood filled with vintage homes such as our circa-1902 adobe, but it’s also conveniently located. Open your mind and leave your car behind: we’re within walking distance of downtown. Or use our complimentary bicycle for a free-spirited ride around Tucson, and to nearby University of Arizona. This is a real neighborhood, too, with relaxed, tree-lined streets. And we're just 15 minutes from Tucson International Airport.
Sip a "Tucson Blonde" ale at an off-beat micro-brewery just four blocks away, or surf the Internet--while enjoying a frothy cappuccino--at one of the half-dozen unpretentious coffee houses within walking distance. Use our complimentary bike to make the rounds.

Nice bright homey feeling studio. Friendly hosts and great location. We ll be back:)
Tim met us when we arrived and was very nice and helpful. The place is cosy and clean. The kitchen was well outfitted and there was even coffee and creamer supplied. The neighborhood is pretty clean and quiet. Very convenient location for the Gem Show! Enjoyed the stay and wouls stay here again.
Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Great location within a quick walk to downtown Tucson and the U of A campus. The Barrio Brewery is right around the corner. Don't hesitate to grab a growler of local brew and a Senora hotdog to take back to the room for a relaxing lunch or appetizer. The neighborhood was quiet and street parking was ample. Occasionally a freight train rolled through a couple of blocks away but, it was rare. Tim was available, helpful, and a fun conversationalist. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Tim was very kind and courteous and greeted us upon our arrival, showing us the lay of the land. The room was so cute and cozy, with beautiful colors throughout. The shower was excellent and our bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. This place had everything my boyfriend and I could ask for! We rented bikes from Bicas and rode to an awesome brewery down the street with great beers, and then all throughout Downtown -- in fact, I loved how close our place was to Downtown. Without a bike, you could even walk down there. We are very grateful to Tim and Mary for having such a great place for us to stay while we were in town, and we will definitely be back soon!
Great location, Clean & Cozy space, and a beyond friendly & accommodating host. We loved it so much that we will be booking a second stay!
This is a lovely little apartment in a great part of town, with very thoughtful hosts. I was happy to stay there on two separate occasions.
This was a great Airbnb experience. Tim was super-helpful and friendly with advice about everything. I stayed here for 11 days while looking for an apartment in Tucson. It was especially nice to have use of a bike for exploring the area. And being able to do laundry right on the back patio was super-convenient. It's a cute and convenient place - you should stay here!
