Matt and Katie are wonderful hosts. They are so friendly and helpful. Me and my wife enjoyed all the time -20 days- we spent at this beautiful house - and Baltimore. We stayed on the third floor, in a very spacious bedroom and a bathroom. We were able to use the kitchen whenever we needed. We had no problem with wireless internet. The lively Patterson Park is right across the street. Johns Hopkins Hospital is at a walking distance. If we were to go to Baltimore again, Matt and Katie's will definitely be our first choice.
Matt and Katie make you feel immediately at home in their beautiful town house. The location is excellent and the roof deck offers magnificent views of Patterson Park. The bedroom was spacious, comfortable and clean. All kitchen amenities are available to the guests and there is also free wifi.
We were very happy to find the fantastic apartment and hosts such as Matt and Katie . The room on 3 floor had windows overlooking Patterson Park with blooming lime ( linden ) trees and on the outside of window-sill there was an egg with a promise to hatch ( maybe ... ) . The bed was very comfortable, room is spacious and clean. From the office across the room there was an exit to the roof deck with patio furniture, characteristic view of Baltimore and cool breeze . Apartment is in a safe area and walkable to Fells Point and Inner Harbor. Matt and Katie are very friendly , helpful, interesting to talk to - it was more like staying with friends ! We would highly recommend this place .
Matt was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. My friend and I had a great stay for the weekend. Thank you.
Katie and Matt's place was the perfect temporary stay. Our third floor room and bathroom was almost like having our own suite. The home is large and gorgeous. The easy access to the rooftop deck was great and the view was awesome. Matt and Katie were congenial hosts, they were helpful and interesting as well. A special enjoyment was the convenient media room, fully stocked with DVDs and streaming videos! We also enjoyed browsing their well stocked library of books. Highly recommended and we hope to stay again some time!
Matt and Katie have a lovely historic home in Baltimore with rooftop deck, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While we didn't end up walking, they were walkable to the sites or a few minutes drive to the areas of our interest (Inner Harbor, Fell's Point, Canton, Little Italy). They were gracious hosts and family friendly.
Matt and Katie were fantastic! We stayed at their lovely, comfortable home with our two-year-old son, and they were incredibly kind, accommodating, and patient with us. They allowed us to use their kitchen freely, take over their top floor, and come & go as we pleased. We spent a lot of time running around beautiful Patterson Park, and we made several visits to Patterson Perk (a great cafe on the other side of the park). Though I hope no one else abuses the privileges of their home as much as we did, I encourage anyone to stay here who wants a homey home base in Baltimore with kind, dynamic hosts.
Lovely hosts, seriously gorgeous house. We weren't around much and I'm pretty sure we were still pretty difficult to accommodate. Matt and Katie were incredibly gracious and patient. The house was quiet and comfortable. And gorgeous, did I already say that? Highly recommended!!
Matt and Katie were great hosts! They tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their house was well furnished kitchen was well supplied with great quality appliances and utensils, and it felt like a home away from home. The location is right across the street from Patterson Park, which was very great for scenery and staying active. Overall, they were great and the home was excellent.
Matthew and Katie are wonderful hosts. In their gorgeous town house you will find everything you need (and even a little bit more). A pity that it is winter now and I couldn't enjoy the roof deck. The house is close to the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus (20mins walk) and also Fells Point and Canton are not to far. I feel safe in the area. I had an amazing time staying here and would indefinitely stay with them again.
