First of all, the property is not an apartment its a townhome. I do have flexibility with my rental but expect a renter to notify me ahead of time that they cannot stay the entire length of their stay. In this situation I was notified on a Saturday night and they left Monday morning, he never mentioned to me that he was expecting a refund for his early departure.
