Beautiful studio apartment with private patio and terrace.

Excellent location on Av. Estado de Israel, in Villa Crespo, also called Palermo Queens, just one block and Av. Cordoba, on the edge of Palermo / Villa Crespo districts. It is just 4 blocks from the subway and major bus routes are just 2 blocks away.

The area is full of restaurants and has excellent clothes stores and boutiques on Av. Cordoba. There is a large supermarket within 2 blocks walk which has a cash-point machine and is open til 10pm. The cleaner offers a service wash at a very reasonable rate. Your clothes are returned ironed and perfumed...

For tango fans, it is conveniently located close to several excellent milongas (Salon Canning, Villa Malcolm, Club Fulgor etc).

The studio is lovingly decorated and furnished by its artist owner. It has a private patio, and a private, plant-filled terrace. It has a double bed, table and chairs, kitchen area, space for clothes storage, and a small shower room. There is a TV with the standard free channels. Air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer and in the winter there is gas heating. An additional electric heater is provided should it get really chilly. The studio is situated towards the back of the buildings, so provides a calmer atmosphere away from the noise of the city traffic.

The price includes wifi, and weekly cleaning, including sheets and towels. A security deposit is payable via airbnb, which is returned at the end of the stay by airbnb as long as there are no breakages.

  • I had a wonderful stay in this charming studio... The terrasse is perfect for breakfasts, or any other moments of the day... Thank you Tracey

  • We truly enjoyed staying in Tracey's apartment. It's conveniently located, i.e. the next metro station and Palermo Viejo, where you can go for a coffee or shopping, to eat out or to party... is walking-distance from the apartment.
Be aware of the fact that it's only one room and the bathroom is tiny with the shower en-suite, so you'll have to wipe the floor after each time you take a shower. The cooktops can only be switched off and on; there is no temperature regulator, which makes real cooking harder.
We had (late) breakfasts on the roof-top-terrace and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Thanks again for everything Tracey! Communication was easy and convenient and if we ever visit Buenos Aires again, we know where to go to :-)

  • very nice studio

  • Tracey's studio was excellent for our first stay in BA. It's in a great, safe location. There's access to plenty of public transport, including the Subte. There are plenty of great places to eat and things to see within walking distance too. The studio itself is very quiet even though it is on a busy street. The terrace is lovely enjoying breakfast on sunny mornings and there's enough room to do yoga too. The apartment is a studio, so it's small and for a couple spending a long time it can feel a bit tight. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking, but there is no oven. All in all, a great spot and a great host. Tracey is kind and helpful and responds quickly. Thanks, Tracey!

  • The studio is lovely and well situated and the rooftop terrace is really gorgeous. Tracy was happy to provide tipps for restaurants and places to visit and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay there!

  • Charming studio near the subte...and good shopping. Tracey was especially helpful and easy-going, and responded so well to some last minute changes to my arrival--and gave me a great list of vegetarian restaurants. I so enjoyed my mornings on the terrace upstairs before the noonday sun.

  • We had a great stay in Tracey´s apartment in Buenos Aires. The location is great with lots of restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk and the subway station about the same. There are lots of buses that pass by that can take you all over the city.
The roof terrace is great in the sunshine, the kitchen is well equipped and the bed is comfy!

  • We stayed 5 nights in BA and really liked the studio. Tracey was quick at replying to emails and really helpful. The cafetiere had broken so she dropped off a new one for us to use. Laeticia the cleaner let us in and also helped us with laundry as the one around the corner had shut. Security on the flat is really good as well. It's close to the outlet stores on Cordoba and there is a huge supermarket about 5 minutes walk away.

Vegetarian, British artist who chose Argentina, the world's biggest meat-eating country, as her new home... Nowadays I live out in the countryside with some goats, horses and a daft, chocolate-coloured doberman, but I still go into town every week to dance tango, visit galleries and eat alfajores and medialunas...
