Interaction with Guests
I live in the same building so I will be there almost all the time for any questions/help.
I go out almost daily though but I'll be reachable by phone.
The neighborhood is in the heart of Mohandessin, the street is quiet yet 2 min walk to Gamet el Dowal &/or Shooting club & all the restaurants & popular cafes are within walking distance.
Within the same street, there's a nursery, dry clean, laundry, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant & cafe.
A great advantage is that we have 24 hrs security by the police, just because there's an embassy right in front of our building.
Taxis, buses & a metro station are all within walking distance.

Great stay! Good location close to Zamalek and short trip to downtown. Rooms were large and comfortable. Her family was near and very helpful. Definitely recommended.
Appartment conform to what we expected : quiet, spacious. The neighborough is very quiet and all accomodations you need is present : supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, ... The underground is about 20 min walk. The area is a nice area : fashionable and well lively ...
Dina is a very friendly person. If you have any problem, you can count on her, she's available, by mail, phone.
The apartment is fully equipped, well located, there lots of different places very close where you can find anything to eat. 5 people can fit perfectly here. Our host Dina is so kind, and in spite of she was abroad, she was always there (whataspp) to help us with everything. This place is highly recommended. If I come back to Cairo I will stay in this place again.
The house is in a great position next the all the main attractions of the city. Spacious and comfortable, with balcony and a lots of sofas and chairs. The price of the flat is really good and the flat itself could be probably more expensive given such a position. Even though we had few troubles with the internet connection, I can openly say that the flat is worth the price and the welcoming approach of the owners is warming.
Dina's place was enormous, suitable for a bunch of friends or family. Although the place was a bit old, it was very comfortable to live in.
Dina has been very responsible and willing to help. She took me to the market to show me around and spent time with me at a very local coffee shop. After discussing about places i wanted visit, she tried to arrange different itinerary and offers for me, which was deeply appreciated.
One downside of it is the price.
Listing description was accurate and the apartment was very nice with good value for the price. Neighborhood was safe, I didn't feel uncomfortable. Only bad thing was internet did not work. Dina was responsive and available and offered to let me use internet at her family's in the same building but I was out doing tourist things most of the day and didn't want to pester her family late at night! Overall great flat and highly recommended.

About the Host, Dina
I studied engineering & worked for multinationals for quite some time. I then took a decision to quit the 9 to 9 job to become my own boss. In less than a year, I had already started several things. I did some startups in the food & beverages business, the travel & tourism industry, I made little dresses for my nieces, I developed iPhone apps & I wrote a short story that got published in a book :D
My prime passion is travel. I have visited 20% of the world (a lot yet to go!). I believe in freedom & taking life simply because we are all guests on mother earth until our time comes, so let's make the best of that journey.
When I am a guest, I will respect your house rules. When you are my guest, I'll let you do whatever you feel like doing :)
