Key to Gramercy Park included!
Beautiful studio apartment in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in New York.
Tasteful furniture from ABC Home and other premier home decor shops, including pieces from Phillipe Stark and mid-century antiques sourced from around the world.
Full key access to Gramercy Park is included. Gramercy Park is the only private park in Manhattan and one of two in the City of New York.
Gramercy Park is one of New York's premier neighborhoods. It gets this reputation not only from fantastic old New York real estate and proximity to transportation but from the solitude away the hustle and bustle of the city while still being right in the center of it all.
Treat yourself to espresso every morning while reading a novel from the bookshelf or perusing a sample of the photography books from my collection.
Malin + Goetz Amenities / High speed WiFi and Cable from Time Warner included / Washer & Dryer in basement / Thunderbolt cable to connect MacBook to TV
With fantastic restaurants, cafes and shopping all within blocks along with the only private park in Manhattan, Gramercy Park is one the city's best neighborhoods.

The best that Airbnb has to offer. The charming apartment reflects the wonderful taste of its designer owner. Filled with beautiful books, excellent little kitchen (although the location is so convenient to many great places to eat you might not even use it.) Jeremy is a great host, so thoughtful and quick to respond to requests. This is really 5 stars plus.Look no further -- if you've found this place, grab it quick before someone else does!
We had e very nice stay in New York and had enough time (9 days) to see a lot of interesting places in the city. New York is a great city, which will be visited again! People are friendly and they don't hesitate to help, if you ask.
Jeremy was as friendly & easy going as everyone else had commented previously. The apartment is very chic exactly as show in pictures & perfectly located for my trip which required heaps of meetings around that area. Extremely quiet, I haven't slept that well for years. The key to the park was the bonus, because I've been wanting to go to gramercy park since 2002, and the dream finally came true.
This was the perfect home base for my three days in New York. Jeremy's apartment was well equipped for a comfortable stay. The decor, library and location were fantastic. As was Jeremy. Responsive, gracious and friendly. Traveling alone, I felt like I was in the home of a good friend. Just across the park is the Gramercy Park Hotel, including Maialino and the Rose Bar. Enjoyed the live jazz on Tuesday and Thursday evenings! Walking to my meeting on Union Square daily was a breeze. I will be back!
Jeremy was a great host, super helpful and generous, very easy to get hold of and happy to recommend some great places. The apartment is very stylish and well equipped, and in a perfect location for exploring the city or just hanging out in the neighbourhood and feeling like a New Yorker. We would definitely stay again next time in NYC.
We came to New York for a three-day getaway, and found Jeremy's place to be an ideal Manhattan pied-à-terre. It's quiet, located at the back of the building, and in a safe neighborhood. To have access to Gramercy Park is truly impressive for those who know something of old New York. The apartment reflects Jeremy's good taste, and has everything necessary for a cozy evening in if you need a break.
But go out...the neighborhood is full of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, bars, whatever you need. We especially liked the "Indian restaurant row" a few blocks north on Lexington, and Pete's Tavern (said to be the oldest bar in NY) a couple blocks south. The Gramercy location is within easy walking distance of Union Square or south midtown, and the closest subway stop is only three blocks away.
Jeremy was always available by text, quick to respond, and full of recommendations for where to eat.
Jeremy is wonderful, the place small but cozy and great location!
Jeremy was a superlative host. The unit was well appointed and provided a cozy home base for a few days at NRF. The unit's location was equally fantastic as it is within walking distance to restaurants, stores and whatever else you may need. Thank you!
A + location and Jeremy is reliable and helpful.
Fantastic location, you are in the heart of The Big Apple! Modern and small house, but you have all you need for your comfort. Just a few minutes walk from main attractions. This was our first experience in a private house but we think we'll use this kind of accomodation for our holidays most often. We met a very kindly and helpful owner: Jeremy. He helped us before and during our holiday as a friend. Thank you once again Jeremy!
