  • Great location just around the corner from Bourbon St. Complex has a gated entry and apt is down a hallway so really quiet for the most part. Really cool high ceilings and all the amenities you'd need. Dalton is quick to respond and very helpful!

  • A great place to stay, but if you have a car, there are some things you should know.

The location is great (as long as you don't mind being near the Bourobn Street crowd), making many interesting parts of the city easily walkable, including the Quarter, downtown, Marigny, Frenchman Street, and Treme. The Garden District is easily accessible by streetcar. The apartment is loft-style and relatively attractive. The building seemed secure. We didn't hear street noise, but we did hear some noise from people in the hall. There was plenty of room for two people. There's a washer and dryer, as well as WiFi, amenities which I don't recall begin specified in the listing.

Apartment is on the third story and the elevator was broken most of the time we were there, so be sure you're OK taking the two flights of stairs. Our keycard for building entry was broken, so we had to enter using a four digit code—this also meant we couldn't enter the building directly from the garage.

Speaking of the "attached parking garage", there's some important information you should know if you're bring a car. The garage is almost two blocks from the front entrance to the apartment and is a public, city-owned garage that charges hourly rates (up to $36/day during our stay). Parking is not free, and there is no in and out privilege. Security is minimal. The garage may also be closed for special events, as it was when we arrived. This isn't a deal-braker, but none of this information is in the listing, nor was it specified when we inquired about parking before and after booking.

Otherwise, we had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.

  • This place was amazingly quiet despite being 1/2 block from Bourbon St. Getting a cab is super easy ($7 to convention center). I walked to the convention center a few days as well (about 15-20 minutes). The cable car is another option ($1.25), but I never took it. Safe area. Dalton was very good with communication and the process couldn't have been easier. I would definitely stay here again.

  • Location! Location! Location! Dalton's place was awesome and close to everything. Less than a block to Bourbon Street. We walked everywhere. The building was secure. Nice touch with the wine..He is easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay there again!

  • Dalton's place was great. It couldn't be better located in the Quarter, and given that it's steps from Bourbon St, it was very quiet!

Dalton's communication was great, and I'd totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a place in quarter.
